You only get one chance to make a first impression
Usually someone determines his or her opinion on the basis of a visual stimulus in just a few seconds. This effect is enhanced when there is a large supply of visual stimuli. So when your potential customer walks past your booth at a trade fair, you want to be sure yours is eye-catching and that it wins over the competition. This is where Expozury comes into view.
At Expozury each customer is unique and distinctive. Every assignment is unique, which is why we always operate at the cutting edge. With the necessary knowledge and skills in-house, we can design your booth exactly in such a way that your company steals the show. Because we understand better than anyone that a first impression is all-important. With our state-of-the-art modular systems combined with in-house printing and extensive expertise in timber construction, we can effortlessly meet any need.
We think it is important to understand our customers’ core values before we start working. That is why we always have an initial conversation with our customers in order to identify what the wishes are. During a cup of coffee, we discuss the core values, visual identity of your company and the intended elaboration of the exhibition stand. In short: how do we ensure together that your company can translate into an exhibition stand of a high standard!
2. Needs assessment
Together with you, we will then map out how we are going to carry out your wishes. What materials do we use, how big should the stand be and what budget is available? These are important questions in this phase. Together with you, we will look for the best possible solutions for your exhibition booth.
3. From idea to design proposal
Once we’ve put a clear idea on paper, we’re going to look at the design. With the aid of sketches and models, it will become clear what your booth will ultimately look like. Once a design is ready, we’ll send it to you for review and if you have any comments we’ll adjust it, until you’re satisfied.
4. Implementation agreements
Do you agree with the design? Then it is time for specific agreements on the implementation of the project. Important questions are: when does the booth have to be ready, how much will it cost, and how will aspects like assembly, transport and storage go? Everything is possible at Expozury.
5. Contact, follow-up and commitment
The fact that the exhibition booth is there does not mean that our job is done. We like to maintain contact with our customers in order to gauge the reactions at the exhibition stand. We use this data to make possible improvements. Please feel free to ask any questions, make suggestions or suggest improvements!
